Payments Accepted

Our system is set up to accept payments via PayPal. Even if you are not a member of PayPal, you can pay via credit card by using their system.

If you do not wish to pay by PayPal, you can contact us by Phone at 760-434-4918 and we can process your credit card information directly. You can also email us your phone number and we can call you back as well. We accept Visa, Matercard, and Discover and are extremely protective of your information.

If you would like to pay on a layaway plan, let us know and we will try to work with you as best we can.

Shipping

We Ship Worldwide

In the United States
, we generally ship most items USPS Priority Mail (70 pounds or less in weight when packaged).
If it is a particularly lightweight item (under 13 ounces when packaged), we can ship First Class Mail instead. You will have that option.
If you require an item to be shipped another way, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Internationally
, we generally ship USPS First Class International Mail if your item(s), when packaged, weighs under four pounds and if it is smaller in size then 24” in length or 36” overall in length + depth + height. Otherwise, we will ship USPS Priority Mail.
Please note: that when shipping internationally, you might have added duties and taxes on your end that we have no control over. You will be responsible for paying those on your end.

Of course, there are always exceptions to every rule.
We can Express Mail items to you when you need them overnighted.  Just let us know and we can bill you accordingly.

Particularly large items, may require a different method of shipping which we can discuss with you if not so noted on the listing. We want to provide you with the best choices available.

When buying multiple items
Please e-mail us so that we can combine shipping for you before you pay.


Return Policy

Returns must be requested within seven days after receiving the item(s). Please notify us as soon as possible in writing.  If the item arrived damaged and was the fault of the mail carrier and not us, you will need to file a claim with the carrier. We will be happy to help you. If it was a problem caused on our end, you can be assured we will correct it by either refunding your money, or fixing the problem. We consider customer service a number one priority. We want your shopping experience to be a very positive one!
