This is a most nostalgic 8" by 10" black and white photo of Walt Disney with the animated character of Tinker Bell waving a wand tipped with pixie dust over his head.
The photo was provided to me and autographed by Margaret Kerry, the original Disney model for Tinker Bell for the classic Disney movie, "Peter Pan."
She has signed the photo, "May all your dreams come true!" She has then signed her name, Margaret Kerry, and underneath that printed in quotes "Tinker Bell".
This is her original signature not a copy.
The photo comes with a certificate of authenticity stating that the signature is truly Margaret's and is signed by Margaret.
Margaret was 22 years old when she was selected by Disney studios to enact the production's storyboards for Tinker Bell. Disney animators would capture the essence of Tinker Bell with the help of Margaret's expressions, body language and fabulous figure.
What a great photo to have- Disney, Tinker Bell and a wonderful sentiment all in one! It brings back memories of the Disney TV show, "The Wonderful World of Color." This would be a great addition to anyone's Disney collection.
