This adorable mint condition doll is numbered # 1851 and is an original issue in the School Days with Pooh Collection from Ashton-Drake Galleries. This doll is called the "Back To School with Pooh doll." The collection is now retired and so no more will be made. The doll was designed by artist Ann Timmerman, an award winning child doll artist. Ann's dolls are famous for their lovely portraits of girlhood. The doll measures 14 1/2" high and has a porcelain face as well as porcelain hands and feet. It is fully jointed so you can position her head, arms and legs. This blonde haired, blue eyed doll is wearing a blue plaid design dress with little Pooh bears in its design. She is wearing white bloomers underneath the dress. She has on white socks and black and white saddle shoes. She stands with the aid of a white metal doll stand.
Note, I have not removed all of her packaging as you can see. I want to be able to ship it in pristeen condition. Also, be aware that this is a collectible doll for decorative use only and not a toy.
The doll is carrying a plush Pooh bear backpack measuring approx. 6" high on her back. It has a zipper on its back and you can put money or other goodies inside it.
The doll is individually numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity which number matches the number on the back of the neck of the doll. The artists signature is also imprinted on the back of the doll.
This wonderful doll is in brand new condition. It comes in its original box and shipping box and still has all of its original packaging.
If you love Disney's Pooh and quality dolls, then you can't go wrong with this one!
