This is an autographed cover ot the Oct. 23, 2006 Time Magazine with the headline, "Why Barack Obama Could Be The Next President." Barack Obama autographed the magazine at the top of the front cover. The magazine has been double matted and framed to a 14 1/4" x 18 1/4" size. A name plate engraved with the words, "Barack Obama was elected President on Nov. 4, 2008" was placed on the mat. The magazine is intact although it is framed.
